Four parallel tracks serve faculty at different starting points — from building foundational AI literacy (Track 1) to designing the region's future professional development architecture (Track 4). Tracks are entry points, not a sequence.
Participation by College

Ten participants selected more than one track. "Confirmed primary" counts each person once in their single confirmed track; "All selections" counts every track a participant signed up for, so multi-track faculty appear in each of their tracks.

Enrollment and share of the regional cohort, with each college's track spread. Kickoff attendance (in-person or virtual) is shown as an early engagement signal.
Multi-Track Participation
Ten faculty — concentrated at Rio Hondo College and Mt. San Antonio College — signed up for two or more tracks and still need a confirmed primary track for stipend and milestone tracking.

Observations inferred from enrollment patterns, read against the purpose of each track. These are interpretations, not conclusions — they are meant to inform outreach and program design.
About this data
Figures reflect the LA-25 participant manifest reconciled against college cohort rosters as of August 2026. To keep the dashboard anonymous and accurate:
- No names, emails, or other personally identifying details are included.
- Participants who dropped or unenrolled are excluded from all counts; duplicate roster rows were removed.
- Sector labels were normalized to the program's sector pathway taxonomy; a few college-reported labels outside the taxonomy are shown as reported.
- "TBD" and "Not yet reported" values reflect rosters still being finalized by partner colleges and will update as confirmations arrive.
- Discipline families group 99 distinct faculty-reported discipline titles for readability.
